Globo-Flow Yoga and Movement Therapy Workshop
This mini-workshop is a three-dimensional movement therapy program that focuses on functional flexibility, an interdependent integration of balance, agility, joint stability, relaxation, mobility, and muscular control. Its goal is to expand your natural movement potential by increasing the effective activation of your “core muscles”, allowing lubrication of the joints through movement, teaching your body to move with the appropriate tension/relaxation ratio, and assisting with musculoskeletal realignment.
